- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Complete Family Eyecare is the Complete Package! From warm bedside manners to the kind and helpful staff I'm very impressed! I live in Lancaster and was referred to Dr. Gray by a friend who couldn't say enough good things about her and the practice and now I see why, it was worth the drive. It's been some time since I've had an eye exam but I can honestly say that I've never had such a complete eye exam. Seriously, I left feeling like I just had my eyes detailed and now have a sense of relief. I scheduled my parents an appointment with Dr. Gray as well and she was so great with them. English is their second language and doctor's appointments can be somewhat uncomfortable for them. Dr. Gray not only made them feel comfortable but she really took the time to ensure they understood exactly what she was doing at all times. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience.
